A restored Damascene mansion in the old Jewish quarter of the Old City, a few streets from Bab Sharqi and the Straight Street, run as Talisman Al Ameen by the Talisman group: 17 rooms and suites set around two courtyards with a liwan and a qa'a reception hall, painted ceilings and striped ablaq stonework, and the only swimming pool in Old Damascus, sunk into the main courtyard.
